Central Dedusting Installation

The diagram shows a typical arrangement of a central dedusting installation.

 

Central Clean Room - Dedusting Installation

The diagram shows a arrangement of a central clean room dedusting installation.   The contaminated air at the clean room workplace will be filtered through a central dedusting filter in the equipment room and blown back into the clean room through a secondary filter (HEPA filter).   By recirculation the air, a vacuum is prevented in the clean room.
